Cb Accessories offer’s our valued customers FREE shipping when you spend $200.00 or more in our Online Store!! (Australia Only) All orders below this amount will incur a Shipping rate that will be calculated by the items in your shopping cart when you checkout.
Your items will be posted within 1-2 Business days via Fastway Couriers which is an insured shipping method. This Service can be tracked and requires a signature on delivery. If delivery is attempted while no one is at the delivery address, The Courier will leave a Card in your letterbox for you to call and re-organise delivery or collection.
We do NOT Ship to PO Boxes. If a PO Box address is supplied we will contact you for an alternative address. This can hold up your order.Please allow up to 5 business days for your garments to arrive. For customers purchasing from WA, NT and SA please allow 7-10 business days. If this time frame has elapsed and you have not received anything, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name and order number so we can track your item for you. If you place an order over the weekend, the item will be posted the following business day.
Our Store is Run in Australian Dollars. If you are an international buyer please be aware your order total is in AUD and your card will be charged in Australian Dollars. Your Orders will be shipped via Australian Registered Post and a tracking number will be available in your order details once shipped. Please Allow 5-10 Working days for your orders to Arrive.

All Returns MUST to be returned with the "Returns & Exchanges Form" Inside. If you did not get one of these with your items please contact us at email@example.com
Wrong Size: If you have purchased an item and it is the wrong size, you can exchange the item for the right size (in the SAME style) I must be contacted to check stock & the wrong size MUST be returned within 7 Days for the Exchange to be Valid. If the Size you require is out of stock in the same style as originally purchased it can be exchanged for a Similar/Different Item.
Received Damaged: If your Item is damaged when you receive it, you will need to contact us, then return your items within 7 days to receive a Exchange. Return Postage costs will be Refunded to you in your Exchange Parcel or Store Credit amount. You MUST attach your Shipping Receipt to the Returns & Exchanges form.
Faulty or Broken: The Customer is responsible for taking care of their item, once received. I do not have Warranty’s on my items, but if an item is Faulty or Breaks it can be returned for a Exchange or Store Credit within 14 days of the Purchase date. For clothing items, please ready washing instructions carefully as we cannot accept damage/faulty returns from washing. Return Postage costs will be Refunded to you in your Exchange Parcel or Store Credit amount. You MUST attach your Shipping Receipt to the Returns & Exchanges form.
Sale Items: we do not accept Returns for Sale/Clearance Items. (This does not include full price items that are discounted from a sale - only Reduced/Clearance Sale Items) you CAN Exchange a size if we have the SAME style available in the size you need.
All Items Must be Returned in there original state. Unworn. Unused. Tags Attached. Returned items not received in their original state will be automaticlly returned to the customer. CB Accessories staff reserve the right to reject a return if conclude it is not in a new condition.
Any Items returned that exceed the Return time frame will be automatically returned to the customer.
All these Terms for Exchanges & Returns Apply to EVERYONE. I Cannot Change or bend the rules!! I am very strict at keeping these in place to make it equally fair to Everyone! Please be aware of these before making a purchase, And Try/Check all your items as soon as your receive them so that you have ample time for Exchanges & Returns.
